Easthall Park retains Investors in People Platinum Award
Easthall Park Housing Co-operative has retained its Investors in People Platinum Award.
The Co-operative first achieved the accreditation in June 2016.
Having carried out the assessment in accordance with the guidelines provided by Investors in People, the assessor was satisfied that Easthall Park fully meets the requirements of Investors in People at the higher level of Platinum.
Mary Davidson, chairperson of Easthall Park, said: “We are pleased that we have retained our Investors in People Platinum Award which demonstrates how much we value our people.”
Director John McMorrow added: “Retaining Investors in People Platinum Award is recognition of how the Co-operative leads and inspires people, demonstrates that we live the organisation’s values and behaviours whilst empowering and involving people.”
Remarkable specialist Nicola Dillon said: “Easthall Park has a very high performing approach to employee engagement with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement and an inspiring approach to developing leaders at all levels which has allowed it to retain platinum level and achieve sustainable success to making a difference in the community.”
