EHRA welcomes Scottish Housing Regulator landlord reports
Members of the Easterhouse Housing and Regeneration Housing Alliance (EHRA) have welcomes the latest landlord reports from the Scottish Housing Regulator and are pleased to note the improving service provided to tenants and factored owners in Greater Easterhouse.
EHRA is a campaigning organisation representing the eight community based housing associations and co-operatives that operate in Greater Easterhouse.
The landlord reports have highlighted that EHRA members continue to provide affordable homes, responsive repairs services and high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Emergency repairs are completed in an average of 2.3 hours compared with the Scottish average of 4.7 hours. Tenant satisfaction levels remain high at an EHRA average of 95.3% compared with the 90% Scottish average.
EHRA said its members, Blairtummock, Calvay, Gardeen, Easthall Park, Lochfield Park, Provanhall, Ruchazie and Wellhouse, will continue to provide independent local services while working in partnership to share best practice and continue to provide value for money.
