Eight contractors appointed to £500m Wheatley framework
Wheatley Group has revealed the eight contractors to have been appointed to a £500 million framework for the provision of housing construction and all other associated construction works.
It is anticipated that up to 1,000 units per year could be delivered under the Framework Agreement across the central belt and Dumfries and Galloway but reserving the right for use across any local authority area in Scotland. The works will be predominantly new build but may include a proportion of conversion, rehabilitation or renovation works to existing properties including non-residential and/or listed buildings. The works will also include enabling works including demolition, ground works, remediation and infrastructure.

- Clark Contracts
- Cruden Group
