Elderpark Housing Association retains Investors in People Gold Accreditation
Elderpark Housing Association has successfully retained the prestigious Gold Accreditation from Investors in People (IIP), the most successful framework for business improvement through people in the UK.
The accomplishment represents a true commitment to employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good practice which remains challenging and aspirational for many organisations.
Achieving the Gold level of Accreditation puts Elderpark HA in the top 7 per cent of all IIP Accredited clients.
Elderpark HA joins an exclusive group of UK employers eligible to use and display the sought after Investors in People logo and plaque, and enjoy its benefits.
Susan Peters, chair of Elderpark, said: “The Association is delighted that it has retained its Gold Accreditation from Investors in People. The Association is committed to using the Investors in People framework and our people have used it to improve and support staff.”
