Elderpark launches video to mark Jim Fraser’s retirement
Elderpark Housing Association has marked the retirement of its long-serving colleague Jim Fraser with a short film.
Jim bid farewell to his colleagues yesterday after 43 years of unbroken service.
His long tenure means he could well be the longest-serving estates staff member to have served the one housing provider anywhere in Scotland.
To commemorate his retirement, Elderpark commissioned Kathleen Little of thirteensquared to create a short film with Jim where he talks about his career and the local area.
In a post on LinkedIn, chief executive Gary Dalkiel said Jim’s contribution “has been huge to both Elderpark Housing and to the community in which he cares so passionately about”.
“We wish him well in his retirement and thank him for everything he has achieved over the years,” he added.
