The 2015 How We’re Doing report takes the theme of what the Association is about to do next, namely the launch of the next generation of digital services.

The report introduces a few of the new friendly sprites who will soon be helping ELHA tenants with the new services – along with one or two more familiar ELHA folk who are also appearing in sprite form.

ELHA chief executive, Martin Pollhammer, said: “We’re getting better at the way we present this sort of information, and this year’s report is a lot clearer, with less commentary, and more emphasis on our actual performance. But we can’t help getting a bit excited about what’s coming next, and I look forward to sharing more of this with our tenants in the next few weeks, as we work towards our Annual General Meeting at the end of September.
