ESPC announces event for buy-to-let investors
Edinburgh-based property marketing company ESPC has announced an event for buy-to-let investors that will take place later this month.
ESPC will be joined by solicitor estate agent representatives, mortgage advisors, tax specialists and lettings professionals to give prospective landlords tailored advice in one-to-one, drop-in style sessions on 23 February.
There are three time slots available and the event will last around 45 minutes to an hour per person. Complimentary fizz and a goody-bag will be handed out on the night.
The event will begin with an introductory talk and overview of the market by ESPC head of lettings, Nicky Lloyd, before attendees get the chance to speak one-to-one with industry experts.
Due to the nature of this event, there are limited spaces available so attendees are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible.
Nicky Lloyd, head of ESPC lettings, said: “If 2023 is the year you invest in the property market, this is a must-attend event for you. Our mortgage advisors, solicitor estate agents, tax specialists and lettings professionals can answer your questions about buy-to-let properties from legislation, what areas in Edinburgh to invest in, the right mortgage and much more.”
ESPC events are free of charge and hosted by a mix of property specialists, including solicitor estate agents, mortgage advisors and lettings experts, so that you can be sure you’re getting tailor-made, up-to-date advice on the Scottish property market.
