Fairfield Housing Co-operative has appointed Paul Scott as its new housing officer.

Paul, who started with the organisation in July, has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies and previously worked at Falkirk Council for the past 12 years.

He has spent the last eight years as a neighbourhood officer and has a vast range of experience in this area. Paul will be the housing officer responsible for the Fairfield area dealing with all housing related enquires.

Paul said: “I am very happy to have joined Fairfield Housing Co-operative. In the few weeks I’ve been here everyone has made me feel very welcome and I look forward to meeting all the tenants in the near future.”

Paul Green, senior housing officer, added: “We are delighted to welcome Paul to the team. In the short time Paul has been with us he has already shown that he has the necessary skills and knowledge to be a success in his role.”
