Developer C&S Group and SB Architects will deliver eight 2 & 3-storey housing and nine apartments across 3-storey blocks which they say “sympathetically infills a wasteland site”.

The architects added: “The aspirations for the architecture of the design are clear. The developer recognises that high quality architecture and landscape is a requirement of this site, given its location, setting and relationship to adjacent context. The intent is to design a contemporary architectural proposal that is complimentary to the surroundings.”

The plans supercede a 2014 approval for 14 houses and flats on the same site.
