Fanchea Kelly to provide maternity cover for Lochalsh & Skye
Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association has welcomed Fanchea Kelly to the Association to cover the maternity leave period of its chief executive Lowri Richards.
Fanchea will be joining LSHA this month with Lowri planning to start her maternity leave shortly afterwards.
Given the importance of this position, the Association undertook a rigorous recruitment exercise to find the right candidate for the maternity cover. The panel was impressed by the quality of candidates that applied for this position and appreciate the time and effort made by all those who applied.
The panel reached the decision to appoint Fanchea as she demonstrated that she has the experience, skills, and abilities to ensure the association continues to provide high quality services to tenants.

Fanchea has worked in several senior roles in the housing sector throughout her career, including 10 years at Blackwood, and recently has been working with health and social care organisations on digital innovation.
Fanchea said: “I am delighted to join Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association during Lowri’s maternity leave. I look forward to leading the team in Skye as we continue to deliver for tenants and the local communities.”
