Following the appointment of Rubixx in November 2023, the Association have been working closely with specialist management consultancy Altair and Rubixx to migrate its housing, property and finance operations. 

FPHA chief executive Catrina Miller commented: “Our staff team have worked diligently over the past six months with Altair and Rubixx to ensure that our migration goes well. We are positive that the implementation is already transforming our day-to-day operations and continue to improve our digital reach with our tenants and service providers.”

We have a high level of confidence that the Housing, Property and Finance teams will see notable process efficiencies and service improvements from the move to Rubixx.”

Created in 2018, Rubixx Solutions has quickly gained market traction in the housing sector across the UK with their HMS and finance software and has established a base of housing associations who have modernised their core software systems.
