Fife Council launches fuel poverty campaign
Fife Council is launching its Stay (Warm) at Home campaign, which will run from November 27 until mid-February with a new theme every week, to raise awareness of the help and support available to households living in fuel poverty.
The campaign also highlights some important dates in the fight to end fuel poverty, including Fuel Poverty Awareness Day and Big Energy Saving Week.
The aim of the campaign is to provide households with tips on how they can save money on their energy bills, keep warm on a tight budget and reduce the amount of energy consumed when we are spending more time at home than ever before.
The campaign will also promote some local charities and organisations who are fundraising to help households that are struggling to afford to heat their home this winter.
