Coming in at 69 on The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations To Work For 2018 list at their first attempt, the organisation has been awarded a one-star accreditation, showing how seriously they take workplace engagement and sending a powerful message that colleagues feel both valued and motivated.

Chief executive Nicki Donaldson said: “We’ve been through a significant period of business change over the past three years and this award is testament to the commitment of our colleagues who believe in our shared purpose and play an important part in fulfilling it.

“Having an engaged workforce who are connected to our aims and take pride in the work they do also improves productivity and ultimately benefits both our tenants and other customers.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to have made the Top 100, especially as this is the first time we have entered these awards, and are looking forward to building on this success over the coming months.”
