Fife Housing Group named as best housing association to work for in Scotland
Following hot on the heels of being listed at 32 in the UK-wide ‘Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations To Work For’, Fife Housing Group has now been recognised by Best Companies as the top housing association to work for in Scotland.
Measured across eight factors of ranging from leadership to personal growth opportunities and wellbeing, the Best Companies Index (BCI) is accepted as the UK standard for employee engagement.
According to the BCI, Fife Housing Group is also one of the top 25 organisations of any kind in the region.
The accolade acknowledges the focus Fife Housing Group places on its colleagues, every one of whom has an important part to play in fulfilling the organisation’s shared purpose.
