The private let function of the organisation is responsible for creating income for the group by acquiring homes in Fife and letting them through the private rental market. Currently, it has 53 privately let properties spread across Fife.

In 2021, the board decided that the time was right to change the branding from PACT to something more meaningful and recognisable to their audience.

Colleagues worked with a consultant to develop the ‘Yourplace’ brand and name, believing it to communicate a welcoming and friendly approach and more accurately represent the service provided.

Chief executive, Nicki Donaldson, said: “We feel that ‘Yourplace’ has more meaning and will generate better recognition for people in Fife looking to rent a property. Having the word ‘you’ in the name will also hopefully create a sense of pride and ownership for the tenants who rent their home from us. I think this new branding really sums up what our organisation is all about.”
