Flats plan for empty St Enoch Square offices
ADP has submitted a planning application to Glasgow City Council seeking to build apartments on the upper floors of two buildings in St Enoch’s Square.

The application seeks to convert the empty offices located at 26 to 36 St Enoch Square into 30 one-bedroom apartments.
The building at 34/36 St Enoch Square is B-listed.
A supporting statement submitted alongside the proposal reads: “St Enoch Square was historically designated to be a residential square and so these proposals reintroduce residential back into St Enoch Square and will provide Glasgow City Centre with much needed central living.”
