Teams and dedicated professionals who demonstrate a real commitment to the housing sector were recognised at the CIH Scotland Housing Awards last week.

The winners were announced at a special ceremony at the Double Tree by Hilton Glasgow Central on Friday.

All 102 shortlisted entries for the Scotland Housing Awards have been included in CIH Scotland’s 2024 Good Practice Compendium – a vital guide to the very latest in good practice. Bringing together inspiration, ideas, and innovation, the Good Practice Compendium helps professionals and tenants across the sector work together to create a future where everyone has a place to call home.

For the first time ever, the Scotland Housing Awards Good Practice Compendium is available as HTML content directly on the CIH website in a fully accessible format for all types of browsers and abilities.

CIH Scotland director Callum Chomczuk said: “My heartfelt congratulations to all our award winners and nominees. Once again, we have acknowledged an extremely high standard in these awards and that reflects the innovation and dedication across the housing sector in Scotland.
