Forth is building 53 new properties for rent across sites at Drip Road and Raploch Road.

While capacity remains limited due to COVID-19 safeguards, work on drainage, roads and timber-kit erection is now under way. 

Forth’s chairperson, Gordon Mason, who recently visited the Drip Road site, said: “I am pleased to view the progress that is being made despite the necessary restrictions. It is great that Forth is continuing to provide much needed quality homes for affordable rent in these difficult financial times.”
