Glasgow approves plans in principle for new homes at Yorker

Glasgow City Council has approved an application by JR Construction Scotland Ltd seeking permission in principle for a residential development at Bulldale Street, off Yoker Ferry Road.
The large, former industrial site was the subject of pre-application consultation last year, which is a requirement for ‘major’ developments, which in the case of residential applications means 50 units or more.
No further information is given in the planning documents.
Detailed plans would need to be brought forward for consideration if the application is approved, reGlasgow reports.
