Glen Oaks given green light for almost 50 homes
Glasgow City Council has approved plans for a residential development at Arden by Glen Oaks Housing Association.

A total of 47 homes will be built to the west of Darnley Path, between Kennisholm Avenue and the railway line.
There will be a mixture of cottage flats, terraced and semi-detached houses.

A spokesperson for Glen Oaks told Scottish Housing News: “This is another important step forward. These new homes are much-needed and it is another example of Glen Oaks delivering on our promise to keep on building in our communities.”
