Glen Oaks Housing Association lodges plans for Arden site

A planning application has been submitted for 30 houses and cottage flats for the Arden area of Glasgow.
The properties on a vacant 2.5-acre grassed site in Kilmuir Crescent would be built by AS Homes Scotland Ltd in conjunction with Glen Oaks Housing Association.
Twenty houses and 10 cottage flats are proposed along with 32 parking spaces.
