Grampian Housing Association subsidiary delivering high satisfaction
Staff at Grampian Housing Association’s leasing subsidiary, Let’s Choose, are celebrating after receiving excellent feedback from their tenants in an independent survey.
Carried out by Knowledge Partnership, the survey found that 93% of respondents were satisfied with the overall service provided.
Other survey highlights included, on average, 92% satisfaction with rental processes such as property viewings and lease signings, complemented by 90% satisfaction with the condition of their homes.
Craig Stirrat, chief operating officer, said: “With 93% of respondents satisfied with the overall service provided, it demonstrates that the hard work of the leasing team along with our focus on customer satisfaction and delivering quality services are paying dividends.
“It is also rewarding to hear that 91% of respondents agree Let’s Choose has a good reputation and is professional and approachable.”
Tenants were asked how likely they would be to recommend Let’s Choose and a high net promoter score of 62 was achieved. This is comparable to Sony (61) and John Lewis (68).
The survey results strongly supported the development of a portal/app to provide digital access to services and with this now underway it will further enhance the range of services Let’s Choose provides.
Repairs were identified as one area for improvement with some respondents reporting dissatisfaction with the quality of work provided by our contractors and we are addressing these concerns.
Let’s Choose provides over 200 homes for mid-market and market rent in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. Targeted at (but not exclusively for) key-workers, Let’s Choose offers a quality, affordable housing option for people on moderate incomes in the North East of Scotland.
