Plans submitted by Surplus Property Investments were given approval by Glasgow City Council.
The building will have five storeys with a rooftop amenity space and a lower ground floor car parking area with 13 spaces. There would be storage space for 34 bikes.
A design statement submitted to Glasgow City Council with the application read: “The development proposal will create a new coherent urban block which complements the existing urban grain of the area.”
