Hawthorn Housing Cooperative is a fully mutual housing cooperative with 316 houses in the Possilpark area of Glasgow and as a fully mutual cooperative all tenants are members.

The AGM heard that the Cooperative had scored 100 per cent in a number of areas in its Charter return including every house meeting the Scottish Housing Quality Standard, every anti-social behaviour complaint being responded to within target and every gas service completed within 12 months.

It also scored full marks for staff attendance, every new tenant being satisfied with the quality of their house and every complaint being dealt with within SPSO targets.

This is in addition to the powerful partnerships built during the year to further improve the quality of life of local people.
