Hebridean Housing Partnership manager scoops ILM award
Katrina Rowlands has become the first manager at Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP) to have achieved the Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.
The Qualifications Company Ltd have been supporting HHP’s managers over the past year as they worked towards the qualification.
Calum Mackay, HHP vice chairman, presented the award to Katrina Rowlands during HHP’s Board meeting this month.
Calum said: “HHP are celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, my colleagues and I on the HHP Board have recognized over these 10 years the important work of all the staff team in achieving the many targets set by the HHP Board. As a Board we have and will continue to encourage and support staff who wish to further their qualifications and career opportunities within HHP, that is why it was my absolute pleasure and privilege to present Katrina with her level 5 award in leadership and management.”
Katrina added: “I am delighted to have had the opportunity provided by HHP for continued professional development. I now hope to use the learning from the course to continue to lead and inspire my team.”
