The two and three-bedroom homes at Caberfeidh Place, next to Kinellan Drive, are due to be completed in the summer and prospective customers have a deadline of 30 April to register interest.

Each of the properties in the spa town comes with a kitchen oven, hob and extractor fan. They also feature a garden and parking.
