Angus Smith was presented with the award by HHP chair Norman MacLeod at HHP’s Board meeting last week.

The Qualifications Company Ltd has been supporting HHP’s managers over the past two years as they worked towards the qualification.

Norman said: “Investing in training our staff is vital to ensure that they are equipped to deliver the best service possible for our tenants.”

Angus added: “It has been useful to tie day to day actives and experiences back to the good principles and best practices learned and developed elsewhere.

“It has also been beneficial to share these ideas and to get more insight of how we work together as an organisation, through discussion and feedback with fellow managers within HHP.”
