Economy and Infrastructure Committee chair, Cllr Ken Gowans said: “The Short Term Let Control Area for Badenoch and Strathspey area (Ward 20) will be brought before the Economy and Infrastructure Committee to seek approval for the commencement of the control area.

“Following extensive public consultation and Scottish Government approval the proposed commencement of the control area is 18 June 2023 and the report being brought to Committee sets out the next steps in introducing a control area and the implications for Secondary letting.”
