Hillcrest’s Robyn Rae takes chair for Scottish Complaint Handlers Network
Robyn Rae, the customer complaints officer from Hillcrest Homes, has taken over as the chair of the Scottish Complaint Handlers Network.
The network is made up of housing association staff who are responsible for complaint performance for their organisation. The network meets each quarter and is an opportunity for members to share best practice and discuss any common issues they face whilst managing complaints in housing.
Key staff from the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman are also in attendance and they share any areas of interest and provide the network with support and advice. These meetings are of huge benefit as members can gather feedback and advice from their peers and use this to shape the service and support they provide to staff and customers in terms of complaint handling.
