Hillhead gains COVID-19 financial assistance from Scottish Government and Cash for Kids

Hillhead Housing Association has been successful in obtaining grant funding from the Scottish Government to provide financial support to local groups & charities who are supporting residents in these difficult times.
The Association has also been successful in obtaining a small amount of funding from Cash for Kids.
Working with East Dunbartonshire Voluntary Action (EDVA), Hillhead will be ensuring that charities supporting households within the Hillhead area get financial help through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Housing officers and welfare rights officers have been maintaining regular contact with some of the area’s most vulnerable households and urge anyone who is experiencing hardship to contact its team for further support.
The grant has been awarded to Hillhead Housing Association by the Scottish Government’s Supporting Communities Fund.
