The provider of housing, health and care services, placed 5th in the UK in the Best Workplaces for Women Awards 2022 in the super large category.

Ranking above global companies such as Hilton (6th), DHL (8th) and Santander (34th), Home Group’s position makes it the highest placed charitable organisation and one of the highest performing organisation in Scotland.

The awards recognise the best super large, large, medium and small workplaces in the UK who are leading the way in creating equal opportunities for women in their workplace.

Home Group was named 5th in the super large category, which is for businesses with over 1,000 employees.

This latest success follows on from also securing 5th place in the Great Places to Work survey, the fourth consecutive year Home Group has placed in the top 10. It is also the third year Home Group has placed in the top 6 for Great Place to Work for Women.
