Homes earmarked for old Arbroath factory site

The former Abbey Leather Works in Arbroath could host affordable housing under plans submitted by First Endeavour LLP.
Yeoman McAllister Architects has lodged a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) on behalf of First Endeavour to progress a residential development at the site of the Ernest Street building, which later became a shoe factory.
The developer plans to hold a public consultation event at nearby Abbey Bowling Club on August 1.
