Homes for Good appoints first chief executive

Zoë Whyatt has joined letting agent and property management company Homes for Good (HFG) as its first chief executive.

The appointment follows a period of joint working which saw Zoë identify the next steps of growth for the organisation.

Announcing the news on LinkedIn, Homes for Good founder and executive director said: “Zoë joining the team and working alongside me on the next stage of our growth comes at the perfect moment in the story of HFG. The external operating environment - in housing generally and the private rented sector specifically - is as challenging as it gets. The need for quality homes and what we do is greater than ever.

“Over the past year, Zoë has been supporting me and the HFG team, identifying what we need to change and improve to navigate the current context and create solid foundations for our next phase of growth, so she has hit the ground running! Zoë has deep expertise in building businesses, high performance teams, and transforming company culture, and she’s already made a significant difference to how we work.

“As Zoë and I work together through a transition period, my role as founder will move increasingly towards a focus on growth, investment, innovation, existing and new strategic relationships - all the things I love and do best!”
