A provider of social housing data and insight in the housing sector, HouseMark Scotland has a membership of more than 950 housing organisations UK-wide.

Based in Cardenden, Ore Valley Housing Association provides more than 650 homes in central Fife.

Ore Valley Housing Association chief executive, Andrew Saunders, said: “Working on the pilot benchmarking exercise with HouseMark Scotland last year has really opened our eyes to new opportunities to measure our costs and our performance and to make sure we’re doing everything we can to be as efficient and effective as possible.”

Prospect Community Housing is a social landlord with almost 900 homes in the Wester Hailes area of Edinburgh.
