From passenger lifts to biomass district heating solutions, he specialises in compliance, inspection, authorising engineer services, and risk assessments, ensuring client adherence to regulatory requirements and maintenance of high safety standards.

Vicki Cutler, managing director of Housing H&S Compliance UK Ltd, said: “I am absolutely delighted to welcome on board Jamie and Conor; they will bring a wealth of additional knowledge to an already professional team and give us the opportunity to work with more social housing clients in Scotland and across the UK.

“Both Jamie and Conor will also contribute their expertise to The Social Housing Safety Network Scotland as part of the wider Housing Compliance brand, which, we are delighted to say will bring additional benefits to our members.”
