In Pictures: Cunninghame Housing Association’s West Byrehill development progress

Cunninghame Housing Association has shared new pictures that highlight the progress being made on its housing development at West Byrehill, Kilwinning.
The site was purchased by Cunninghame Housing Association on 24 March 2021 and will provide a total of 72 new homes for rent.
Work is scheduled to start on site by the end of April 2021 with a contract period of 95 weeks to complete the project, resulting in a proposed handover date of July 2022.
The association has appointed McTaggart Construction as its design & build contractor.
The new homes will provide a mix of general needs family housing as well as bungalows designed for elderly people and those with particular housing needs.
Work commenced on site on 12 April 2021, with overall completion expected in February 2023.
A total of 72 new homes for rent are being delivered on-site by McTaggart Construction.
