The HEEPS RSL Loan is backed by the Scottish Government and allows suitable housing providers to borrow between £30,000 and £1 million to cover a range of insulations (including internal wall, external wall, cavity wall, lofts, flat roofs, under floor and hot water cylinders), as well as installation of draught proofing and renewable technologies.

To apply, RSLs must have a compliant procurement process, use a Green Deal certified installer and ensure all improvements comply with relevant industry standards.
