Inverness Tulloch development to compete for world’s best title
Tulloch Homes is celebrating two wins from the UK Property Awards for its prestigious Drummond Hill site.
The national awards recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry worldwide. Having scooped a top score in two categories at the award ceremony in London on Friday, Drummond Hill will now be put forward for re-judging against the five-star winners in other regions of the world.
Drummond Hill in Inverness was named as the Best Residential Development 20+ Units category and secured the Best Architecture title for the Multiple Residence for Scotland category. The exclusive development of 37 homes across six distinctive collections, located off Lochardil’s Stratherrick Road, includes new build apartments, mews houses, cottages and detached homes.
Set within the desirable location, surrounded by established woodland spanning six acres, the development also is well connected with the centre of Inverness, local amenities and schools nearby.
Having scored highly in the Residential Development 20+ Units and the Multiple Residence for Scotland categories, Drummond Hill will now go head-to-head with the other five-star winners from the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and Arabia. Following this re-assessment, the international winners in each category will be identified as the ‘World’s Best’. These winners will be announced in February.
Tulloch Homes managing director, Sandy Grant, said: “This is a tremendous achievement for Tulloch. We’ve always considered our Drummond Hill development to be something special. To have now received this recognition on a national platform, and to be put forward to compete against the best of the best around the world is such a fantastic accomplishment.”
