Investors in People honours ‘excellence’ at Trust Housing Association
Trust Housing Association has been crowned winners of the Excellence in the Third Sector category (over 250 employees) at the annual Investors in People Awards 2016.
Recognising high performance in people management, the Awards received over 300 entries from organisations working in a variety of sectors and locations across the globe.
The Excellence in the Third Sector category recognises organisations that are committed to sharing best practice and continually striving to improve.
At the 1920’s themed ceremony held in London on 29th June, Trust was also presented with an award recognising over 15 years continuous accreditation as an Investors in People organisation.
Rhona McLeod, chief executive at Trust, said: “We are immensely proud to have won this award. We passionately believe that our people are our greatest asset. Their performance underpins the quality of our services and we are committed to continually developing a motivated, empowered and engaged workforce.
