This follows the recent appointment of ex-Knight Frank director Peter MacAllan who was recruited to head up J3’s debt advisory department.

In his role, Tim will lead efforts to provide comprehensive insurance solutions for volume house builders and housing associations throughout the UK. Tim brings a wealth of experience to the team, having previously worked at Premier Guarantee. He has an impressive 25-year broking career spanning across New York, Singapore and various Asian hubs.

Since its launch in 2021, J3 has sourced and placed structural warranties for an impressive portfolio of more than 2,800 units across the UK’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) projects.

Tim’s recruitment reflects J3’s commitment to bolstering and expanding its services to meet the needs of volume house builders and social housing associations. J3’s distinctive partnership approach involves early-stage engagement to help mitigate development risks and offers liaison services to ensure the successful delivery of final certificates at practical completion.
