Appointed by the Association under its framework, the new homes will be located in the heart of the town centre on Carrick Street across from the Gaiety Theatre.

The new homes will complement the ongoing transformation of the adjacent Kyle Centre into a cinema and leisure hub. The development will comprise 22, one-bedroom flats and nine, two-bedroom flats and is due for completion by Spring 2023.

This is the first time that The JR Group has worked with Ayrshire Housing.
