Ken Tudhope named new director of finance at Kingdom Housing Association
Kingdom Housing Association has appointed Ken Tudhope as its new director of finance.
Currently director of finance at Weslo Housing, Mr Tudhope will take up his new role on July 1 and brings with him a wealth of experience in the sector which will prove invaluable in his work to secure funding for Kingdom’s ambitious development plans as he leads and develops the finance function for the Kingdom Group.
Mr Tudhope said: “I’m delighted to be joining Kingdom which has a reputation for being one of the most progressive RSLs in the country.
“Kingdom’s pioneering work on the Naumann Initiative and, more recently, on augmented reality technology along with community regeneration, energy efficiency, local enterprise schemes and the vital services provided by Kingdom Support and Care is something I want to be part of and I’m confident I can make a positive contribution to the group’s continuing success.”
Kingdom group chief executive Bill Banks added: “I am very pleased someone with Ken’s knowledge and experience has chosen to join Kingdom. He will be an excellent addition to our team and will make a great contribution to us achieving our objectives in the coming years.”
Mr Tudhope will replace current director of finance and digital Nick Pollard who moves to become new group finance director at Link Group this month.
