Kingdom Support & Care staff recognised at 2025 awards event

Staff at Kingdom Support & Care (KSC) were recognised for their outstanding achievements at an awards ceremony held at Fabric in Dunfermline.
The 2025 ‘Wall of Fame’ awards celebrated staff for their dedication and commitment over the past year. Judged by ‘The Voice’, Kingdom Support & Care’s employee forum, the awards highlighted creativity, teamwork, and exceptional support across three categories.
The event concluded with the Kingdom Support & Care Chair presenting the award for the overall winner to Karen Woods, as decided by the KSC Board.
KSC chair Karen Koyman said: “The ‘Wall of Fame’ awards are a fantastic way to shine a spotlight on the incredible efforts happening across Kingdom Support & Care. It was inspiring to see so many of us come together to recognise the truly life-changing impact our staff make every day. Much of our work happens quietly, through dedicated one-to-one support or in small teams, so having the chance to come together and celebrate those achievements was really special.
“Our Support Workers and managers make a real difference, helping the individuals we support to value themselves and others, overcome challenges and realise dreams.”
Overall ‘Wall of Fame’ winner, Karen Woods, said: “It was great to hear a real variety of success stories and wonderful to see colleagues get the recognition that they so deserve. I was shocked that I won the overall prize, however it was a very nice surprise.”
Firstly, I would like to say I was extremely shocked that I won the overall prize, it was however, a very nice surprise.
Director of Support and Care, Paul White, said, “I am privileged to work alongside our ‘Wall of Fame’ winners and a wider staff team that’s committed to making lives better, every single day.”
