Kingdom’s Customer Engagement Roadshow pops up in Perth
Kingdom Housing Association welcomed more than 150 Perth residents to the latest in a series of Customer Engagement Roadshows at its local office in Fairfield.
Staff from teams across the Kingdom Group including Housing, Asset Management, Technical Services, Tenancy Sustainment and Customer Services were joined by Kingdom Housing Association chair Linda Leslie to meet local residents, share information and discuss local issues.
The roadshow, hosted at Kingdom’s Perth & Kinross office, is the latest in a series of engagement events designed to build lasting customer relationships, encourage open conversations, and provide vital information and support as the cost of living crisis continues.
After the event, Linda Leslie said: “At the Kingdom Group we know that high-quality affordable housing changes lives. But what we do for our customers goes far beyond bricks and mortar. Our mission is to deliver more than a home and that includes offering support and advice on a range of topics such as money and energy advice. That’s particularly important now as fuel bills remain high and we head into the colder months.
“Roadshow events like these give our frontline colleagues a chance to spend valuable time with our customers and help us deliver the services and support that has the greatest impact.”
Leigh Shearer, Kingdom’s customer services manager, said: “Being visible in our communities is really important for us and our customer engagement roadshows are a great way to get out, meet our customers and talk about the issues that matter most to them. It’s a really open and informal setting, but with the broad range of colleagues who attend these events, we’re able to quickly get to the bottom of any issues that are raised.”
The Kingdom Group’s Customer Engagement strategy encourages participation in the organisation’s decision-making process and gives customers a platform to help shape service delivery.
Max Scotto, Kingdom’s lead customer engagement officer, said roadshow events are an effective way to encourage involvement.
He added: “More than 10 residents joined our Participation Register on the back of this event in Perth which is a really great result. We also formed a small working group which will help us review our customer communications and take part in our consultation about our painting work programme. I’m looking forward to working with these groups and to our next Roadshow event at Earlsgate, Scone, on the 14th of September.”
