Kitchen replacement contract to commence for Cloch Housing Association
CCG Asset Management is to commence a new 3 year kitchen replacement contract for Cloch Housing Association.
The Greenock-based association is part of the IFLAIR Consortium through which this contract has been procured.
Year 1 of the works will be undertaken initially to renew the kitchens in 41 properties within the Inverclyde area.
CCG Asset Management manager, Stephen Riley, said: “CCG Asset Management has been operational with IFLAIR since its conception in 2015 and we are delighted to have secured this contract with Cloch Housing Association, an association that we have worked with on a variety of contracts over the last few years.
“As timescales are important to the end user, our site team will be required to be as efficient as possible in order to minimise the impact of works on the day-to-day lives of the residents. We will also ensure the standard of installation will be to the highest quality standard.”
Paul McColgan, property services manager for Cloch Housing Association, said: “We are looking forward to working again with CCG on this contract. Our goal is for Cloch Housing Association and CCG to work together to ensure that we both deliver a quality service and product to our customers throughout the duration of this three year contract.”
