Langstane support service celebrates high grading from Care Inspectorate

Langstane Housing Association’s Housing Support Service has received recognition following its first inspection by the Care Inspectorate.
The dedicated team in Aberdeen has been awarded three grade-5 ‘very good’ and one grade-4 ‘good’ ratings, signifying an excellent standard of service.
During the recent unannounced visit, the Care Inspectorate praised the Langstane Housing Support Service for its commitment to improving the lives of tenants through personalised support tailored to their unique needs. The team received the fantastic grading for their effective management of individuals’ wellbeing, as well as their strong leadership and collaborative approach.
Importantly, the inspection report highlighted that there are no recommendations or action points necessary, showcasing the team’s proactive commitment to continuous improvement in how they document support plans.
Director of housing Judith Sutherland expressed her elation at the news.
“It’s fantastic news, and I am incredibly proud of the team who work so hard to deliver the very best support to our tenants,” Judith said.
