LCM Vans offers valuable boost to the Hillcrest Foundation with annual donations
Light commercial vehicles supplier LCM Vans has pledged an annual donation to the Hillcrest Foundation as part of a new four-year contract to supply vehicles to Hillcrest Maintenance.
This annual donation is a percentage of the overall contract value each year, with LCM Vans recently making its first donation of £8,158.
LCM Vans has worked with Hillcrest Maintenance for several years, with the company recently having been successful in winning a new contract to supply specific vehicles tailored to Hillcrest Maintenance’s needs.
In 2024, LCM Vans played a key role in helping Hillcrest Maintenance upgrade its fleet with Low Emission Zone (LEZ) compliant vehicles, supporting both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.
This renewed collaboration will also now see LCM Vans commit to an ongoing charitable donation of 2% of the total spend from Hillcrest Maintenance each year, and reflects LCM Vans’ commitment to supporting the life-changing work done by the Hillcrest Foundation.
Steven Elder, Hillcrest Foundation chair, said: “The ongoing support from LCM Vans is a key part of Hillcrest’s commitment to investing in communities and promoting sustainable business practices.
“Donations such as this ensure we can continue our vital work in helping reduce inequalities, isolation and improve health and wellbeing across Scotland.”
