Lesley Ferrie retires after over two decades at Williamsburgh HA

Lesley Ferrie, head of housing at Williamsburgh Housing Association, is set to retire in April after more than two decades with the organisation.

Joining in 2004 and taking up the head of housing role in 2005, Ms Ferrie has played a key part in shaping the association’s housing strategy and fostering community development.

Jonathan Grant, CEO of Williamsburgh Housing Association, shared his appreciation for Lesley’s work. He said: “It has been a pleasure working with Lesley over the past three years.

“Her commitment to providing all our customers with great services and her support for our local community was unwavering. Lesley will be greatly missed, and we wish her all the best in this exciting new chapter of her life.”

John Scott, chairperson of the management committee, also expressed his gratitude for Lesley’s years of service.

Mr Scott said: “Lesley’s dedication to Williamsburgh Housing Association has been nothing short of exceptional.

“Her expertise and hard work have shaped the organisation into what it is today, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. On behalf of the Board and the entire team, I would like to extend our deepest thanks and wish Lesley all the best in her well-deserved retirement.”
