LinkLiving receives £2,000 from TK Maxx
LinkLiving was delighted to receive a donation of £2,000 from TK Maxx’s St Andrews Square store in Edinburgh.
The donation was made as part of the company’s Community Fund Foundation which supports smaller charities that matter to TK Maxx’s employees and customers – either through personal experiences or due to support they deliver in local communities.
LinkLiving is a not-for-profit organisation and a Scottish charity which provides a wide range of care, support and employability services.
Sarah Smith, director of LinkLiving, said: “We are very grateful to TK Maxx for its generous donation. The money we have received will help us make a real difference to the lives of the people we support in Fife.”
Neil Millington, store manager at TK Maxx at St Andrew’s Square, said: “I’m really passionate about LinkLiving as it’s a cause that is close to my heart, so I made an application for a grant to the TK Maxx Community Fund Foundation which supports local community causes to help vulnerable families and children. I was delighted to hear we’d been granted the money.
“The community funds will make a real difference in helping LinkLiving with all the fantastic work that they do in the community.”
