Locals to discuss Fife affordable housing development
A drop-in event has been called for members of the public to discuss a proposed affordable housing development in Leven, Fife.
The proposed development of 24 council homes - a mix of houses, cottage flats and bungalows - on the grounds of the former Kennoway Primary School on Langside Crescent will be scrutinised by locals next Wednesday.
The plans will also appear online at the same time.
Fife Council’s affordable housing team will be on hand to hear feedback from members of the public.
The event is being advertised as an information event as well as a pre-planning application opportunity for community engagement.
Formal comments on the development plans have to be lodged separately through the planning process when the proposals are finalised and become live planning applications at a later date.
